In the process of cutting machine tools, it is usually necessary to use cutting fluid or cooling lubricant. The storage, use and disposal of the machine require special technical support. If used improperly, it will pollute the environment and even cause harm to human health. Therefore, people pay more attention to this, and the innovation of efficient cooling lubrication technology is of great significance. (1) Micro-lubrication (MQL) technology Use the least amount of cutting fluid to complete the machining task without reducing the tool life and the quality of the machined surface during the cutting process. It uses a highly decomposable synthetic grease and grease as a cutting lubricant, which is mixed with air to form an aerosol spray in the cutting zone. Its oil consumption is very small, usually less than 50mL / h. Figure 1 shows the German DS-Ecospeed F HT machining center using this technology. (2) High pressure injection assisted machining Different from the traditional lubrication method, this processing method is to spray a small flow of lubricant under high pressure (usually up to 300MP), so that it can penetrate the high temperature area to achieve the cooling and lubrication effect. Due to the small flow supply, the lubricant consumption is small and the effect is very obvious. (3) Ultra-micro mist cooling lubrication technology This technology mainly uses the action of high-speed air to pulverize ordinary lubricating oil into a fine ultra-fine oil mist, usually less than 2 mm in diameter. Thanks to the misty nature, it can diffuse to all areas where lubrication is required, achieving a good and uniform lubrication and cooling effect.
