1). High quality 6063-T6 aluminum made by extrusion tooling of ourselves. We can make new extrusion tooling according to customer's requirement. It only need one week to finish extrusion toolings and make samples.
2). Advanced spot welding by argon-arc welding. Full welding avaiable.
3). Special designed welding jig make all welding no deforming fence panel.
4). Non-chromate conversion coating after welding, but before we do powder coating.
5). Akzo Nobel high quality powder coating make the fence panel long life.

Our Products Win at the details

1. Our powder coating ficility have totally 11 powder spray gun. Six guns are moving up and down both
sides of fence panel. Two fixed gun for the bottom rail at both sides and the other two fixed gun for the
top rail at both sides. The last fun is always fixed at position of spear top.

2. We will fo cross cut testing for the powder coating before delivery.

3. The QC of powder coating check the surface by light is need. So any flaw of powder coating will be
not escaped from eye of QC. 

4. Our QC check the powder coating thickness every position of the fence panel. The everage
thickness of coating is more than 100um.

5. The package is extremelyimportand for the powder coated fencing. We use heavy-duty steel frame
package to well protect the good products. It will be very easy to our customers unload the pallets by
forklift.
