Blizzard yellow warning: Blizzard in parts of Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Zhejiang

The Central Meteorological Observatory issued a blizzard yellow warning at 6 o'clock on December 15th:
From 8:00 on December 15 to 8:00 on the 16th, there are heavy snow (5-9 mm) in southern Anhui, south-central Zhejiang, most of Jiangxi, south-central Hunan, northwestern Fujian, etc., including southern Hunan, central Jiangxi and northeastern China. There are blizzards (10-15 mm, local area up to 20 mm) in parts of the Ministry, southwestern Zhejiang and other places.
Snowfall rating standard:
Based on the 24-hour precipitation, the precipitation reaches 5.0 to 9.9 mm for heavy snow, and the precipitation reaches or exceeds 10 mm for heavy snow.
Correspondence between snowfall and snow depth:
When there is no melting after the snow falls, in general, the snow depth of 1 mm snowfall in the northern region can be 8-10 mm, and the snow depth in the southern region is 6-8 mm.
Defense Guide:
1. The government and relevant departments shall, in accordance with their duties, do an emergency work to prevent snowstorms and freeze-resistance;
2. Traffic, railway, electric power, communications and other departments shall strengthen the inspection and maintenance of roads, railways and lines, and do a good job in road cleaning and snow melting;
3. Reduce unnecessary outdoor activities;
4. Reinforce temporary structures such as scaffolding that are easily pressed by snow, and drive outdoor animals into the shed to feed.
