In July last year, Shapingba District promoted the establishment of four social security and prevention sub-systems for social security, residential areas, enterprises, and shopping malls, and the “4+1” social public security prevention and control system focused on theft prevention of motor vehicle theft. The relevant person in charge of the Shapingba District Social Management Comprehensive Management Committee Office stated that it is expected to build a three-dimensional “whole-space-time, full-coverage” three-dimensional social security prevention and control system. According to the data provided by the Politics and Law Committee of the Shahe District, from January to October this year, 871 key sites in the Shapingba District will implement corresponding preventive facilities. The crimes in the criminal and public security areas in the region fell by 29.4% and 41.1% year-on-year, respectively; the number of major criminal cases, “two robberies” and burglary cases dropped by 22.7%, 25.8%, and 12.2% respectively year-on-year.

Chongqing builds a three-dimensional public security prevention and control network
