ã€China Aluminum Industry Network】 Aluminum profiles are aluminum materials that have different cross-sectional shapes through hot-melting, extrusion, and aluminum rods. No matter what aluminum profile, it must pay attention to an aging process. The following describes the aluminum profile aging process operating procedures. First, aluminum frame mounting requirements:
1. Normal curtain wall profiles, common door and window profiles, and industrial profiles must be installed in the same frame.
2. Insulation curtain wall profiles and heat insulation doors and windows profiles must be installed in the same frame.
3. It is not allowed to mix insulation profiles with common profiles in the same frame.
4. Each framed profile must be filled with 5mm below the surface of the frame, and every row of profile should be placed with a pad to ensure that each profile has a hot air circulation in place to effect warming.
5. Plane model materials with wall thickness ≥ 4mm are not allowed to overlap (only one per layer is allowed).
6. Small material with wall thickness ≥ 2mm must leave 80mm air duct between each box.
Second, the aging process:
1. Common curtain wall profiles, ordinary door and window profiles, industrial profiles, must be in the same ageing furnace aging, furnace temperature control in the range of 195 °C ± 5 °C, reach the temperature after 3 hours of heat release, immediately after opening the fan blow 20 minutes Cooling, quality inspectors check the hardness.
2. The heat insulation curtain wall profile and the heat insulation door and window profile must be in the same aging furnace. The furnace temperature is controlled within 180°C±3°C. After the temperature is reached, the heat is kept for 3 hours and the fan is blown for 20 minutes immediately after the furnace is cooled. , Quality inspector inspection hardness 3. If the aging insulation profile is not full of furnace, you can put 1 to 2 frame ordinary profiles (wall thickness below 2.0mm) with the aging furnace, aging process according to the insulation profile process.
4. When the material is loaded into the furnace, the end of the profile and the air guide are controlled within 80-100mm.
5. When the furnace temperature reaches the process required temperature, the aging worker measures the actual temperature in the furnace with a glass tube thermometer every 30 minutes and makes the original record.
