7. After the acceptance of the project, Party B shall submit the project settlement to Party A and send relevant information to Party A. If Party A does not object after ________ days after receiving the information, it shall be regarded as agreeing that both parties shall complete the project settlement statement (see Attached Table 9: Project Settlement Statement) and sign it, and Party A shall clear the project to Party B at the time of signature. 9. Liability for breach of contract

1) If any of the parties to the contract fails to perform the contract or violate the laws, regulations and relevant policies of the state, they shall be liable for any financial penalty or financial loss to the other party, and shall compensate for the economic loss caused to the other party. If no loss is caused, 5% of the total contract price shall be the breach of contract;

2) If Party A fails to go through the acceptance formalities, Party A shall be responsible for any loss caused by Party A's use of or unauthorized use of the finished product in advance;

3) If, for one reason, the contract cannot be performed, the party shall promptly notify the other party to complete the contract termination procedure and the responsible party shall compensate the party for the corresponding economic loss;

4) If Party A fails to pay the second (three) project payment on time, each delay of one day to the other party shall be 1% of the total contract price as the breach of contract;

5) Due to Party B's reasons, the quality of the project cannot meet the quality standards agreed upon by both parties. Party B is responsible for repairs and the construction period will not be postponed;

6) Due to Party B's delay in the duration of the project, one percent of the total contract price paid to the other party for one day's delay is the breach of contract;
