Mushroom cultivation precautions
Pre-wet should be fully immersed in straw to facilitate fermentation. A large amount of hydration is required when the insufficiently immersed straw is turned over. If it is not possible to make up the water before the second turn, it will be difficult to make up the sputum, which will affect the growth of the hyphae.
When turning over the pile, it should be based on the principle that “the raw material is placed in the middle, the clinker is placed on both sides, and the middle of the two sides are placed in the middleâ€. Failure to follow this principle when turning over the stack will result in uneven fermentation of the culture material and will not achieve the purpose of turning over the pile.
The borrowed soil should meet the requirements. The existing farmer used the untreated garden soil to cover the soil and added the insufficiently decomposed cow dung. Such soils often carry a large number of germs and eggs, which are prone to cause a variety of diseases and cause losses to mushroom farmers.
Do not add urea when covering the soil. The new farmers habitually equate the cultivation of mushrooms with other crops. When adding soil, the urea is added to cause excessive ammonia smell, which leads to the death of hyphae.
Do not spray “closed waterâ€. Spray “closed water†when the mushroom is planted at a high temperature in the early stage of planting. This will cause high-humidity environment, causing hyphae, colony and mushroom death. It is easy to degenerate hyphae and premature aging.
Preventing diseases should be timely. Some farmers lack the basic knowledge of identifying and controlling pests and diseases. They often start to prevent and control when the pests and diseases are heavier, so that they miss the best control period and cause serious reduction of mushrooms.
