Servo drive The new servo press uses a highly adaptable servo drive technology that combines the flexibility of a hydraulic press with the high efficiency of a mechanical press. Companies can offer their customers a wide range of stamping parts in large and small batch sizes. The production capacity has increased significantly. Japan's Komatsu and Schuler of Germany have successively developed and produced such servo presses (see Figure 2). Currently, in China, FAW Toyota Motor Corporation and Guangzhou Toyota Motor Corporation have adopted such equipment.
