The company has established cooperation with European design institutes, Milan Polytechnic University and other foreign universities to attract outstanding design graduates.

Yongkang China Hardware Industry Creative Design Center is one of the first 12 provincial industrial design demonstration bases. It has absorbed 28 industrial design institutions and has gathered more than 260 professional design talents. The 12th “Hardware Cup” China Hardware Product Industrial Design Competition has been held continuously, attracting national universities and design companies every year, and more than 100 award-winning works have been bought out by enterprises.
