Maydos Grafted Chloroprene Rubber Adhesive is specially developed to replace contact adhesive and white glue for bonding of vamp, heel cover and insole of shoes. It has good heat resistance and longer tack time which makes it suitable for manual production line.

Application:
1. Surface preparation: Bonding surface should be dry, clean and free of dust and greese. Smooth surface must be sanded first to make it coarse. After that, clean the surface and then apply the adhesive evenly on the surface.
2. Bonding: After the application of adhesive, put the bonding objects into the oven (70ºC,4-6 minutes) and then bond the two objects together and add pressure at the same time. Try to finish the bonding within one time and don't move the two objects back and forth, or the bonding effect will be weakened.
3. The set temperature and time of the oven should be controlled very well. To achieve the best adhesion performance, please have a sample trial before use. Different grafted CR adhesive, different properties, please pay attention to the heat resistance and features of the adhesive when you put the bonding objects through the oven and choose the right product to avoid weak adhesion, poor heat resistance, and bonding gap.
