Reducing the gap has a long way to go

Poor, the user's needs are constantly improving, especially our competitors are too strong, so there is still a gap between the quality and level of our products and the requirements of users. In high-end products, competition with multinational companies is still at a disadvantage. First, we must increase the intensity of structural adjustment. From the adjustment of industrial structure, the national level first encourages industry leaders to accelerate their growth. Such enterprises have technological advantages, brand advantages and scale advantages, representing the highest level of the industry and leading the development of the industry. Whether an industry is mature depends mainly on the level of leading enterprises. Therefore, in the adjustment of industrial structure, the growth of leading enterprises should be promoted from the political level. In the product structure, priority should be given to "doing quality, branding, attacking high-end, and importing", which is also a demand for changing production methods. As we all know, many of our manufacturers have the highest output in the world, but in terms of value, the gap is often large.

The second is to accelerate the pace of independent innovation. First of all, we must strengthen the capacity building of independent innovation. From our machine tool industry, there are two points in terms of capacity building: one is hardware and the other is talent. First of all, we must strengthen capacity building. Secondly, we must strengthen the close cooperation between industry, academia and research. The implementation of major special projects in these two years proves that this is a very good way of cooperation. This road should continue to go on, especially for large enterprises. The relationship between our production companies and users should establish a closer relationship. At the same time, we must incorporate inheritance and innovation, original innovation, introduction, digestion, absorption and innovation, all of which are included in the scope of independent innovation. In particular, the machine tool industry has acquired a number of enterprises abroad in recent years. We should make good use of this batch of resources. The third is that "the use of government, industry, research and research" should be jointly promoted. The equipment industry needs to be strengthened from big to strong, and it is necessary to upgrade the basic level, including basic materials, basic components, and basic processes. If the level of these three foundations is not going up, the equipment industry will be bigger and easier to be strong, which is a slogan. "Basic" work is the inevitable choice to realize the equipment industry from large to strong. From the reality, the "three basics" work is relatively backward, which has become a bottleneck restricting the equipment industry from becoming big and strong. To break through this bottleneck, on the one hand, government support is very necessary. Our social resource allocation relies on the market to play a fundamental role, but at the same time the government still holds a part of the resource allocation, and this part of the resources should be tilted to the foundation. From the perspective of major special projects, during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, a considerable part or most of the key funds should be tilted toward the functional components and common technology research of CNC machine tools, especially in the work in 2012 to strengthen the support for basic work; The second need also the user's care, support and help. The improvement of the numerical control system and the level of the tool is not only the respective matters of the CNC system enterprise and the tool enterprise.
