This year marks the tenth anniversary of the Occupational Disease Prevention Law. It is also the first year of the newly revised Occupational Disease Prevention Law. In order to strengthen the occupational health protection of employees and effectively prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases, Huadian Changge Phase II Company has implemented the prevention of occupational hazards as one of the important contents of “labor safety and technical protection measures” in order to effectively protect the health benefits of the company’s employees.

Recently, the company's Safety Supervision Department took the lead and all departments participated in the surprise inspection of the wearing of labor protection products. The inspection focuses on: 1. Whether the helmet is properly worn at the production site; 2. Whether seat belts are used at high altitude operations; 3. Whether insulating shoes or insulating gloves are used during live work; 4. Whether welding gloves or gas welding gloves are used during welding or gas welding operations. Use goggles and protective masks; Fifth, whether the personnel operating rotating machinery and equipment pay attention to "three tight", that is tight cuffs, tight hem, tight trousers; six, in the dust, toxic, noise and other harmful operations whether the personnel wear Anti-dust, anti-virus masks and anti-noise ear plugs and other protective equipment.

The company has always valued the occupational health and safety of employees. Each year, more than 300,000 yuan is invested for the purchase of workers' health and labor protection products, regular occupational health examinations, and occupational health training for employees; in daily work, inspections of employees’ labor protection products are included as routine safety inspections, and are included on a monthly basis. Rewards and penalties were honored in a timely manner; additional occupational hazard notification cards were added at more than 20 prominent locations on the production site.
