Tianjin Development Zone campus security system to carry out emergency treatment within 15 seconds

According to the management committee of the TEDA, along with the opening of primary and secondary schools in the district, the new campus security system in the development zone has been put into trial operation. The system covers 15 schools in the development zone and a total of 412 video surveillance sites have been installed. 122 Infrared alarm and 16 fixed button alarm devices.

The staff of the Management Committee of the Development Zone introduced the construction of the project in June this year. A total of 412 video surveillance and 122 pairs of infrared alarm equipment were installed in 15 schools in the development zone. In addition, fixed-button alarm devices were installed at the guards of each school. Through the development zone emergency system, relevant staff can see the campus video surveillance images of 15 schools.

The above measures have established multiple protections for each campus of the Development Zone. First, 412 video surveillance sites are installed in all the main entrances and exits of 15 campuses and personnel gathering places to monitor the security situation inside the campus in an all-round way. 122 pairs of infrared alarm system installed in the perimeter of various schools, once outsiders invade the campus, infrared alarm equipment will automatically alarm. After finding out the alarm, the security staff in the school's communication room will conduct the investigation of the police situation at the first time. Once it is determined that a dangerous situation has occurred, the security personnel can immediately press the fixed alarm button and directly report to the public security organ. The Public Security Sub-bureau of the Development Zone can use the campus monitoring alarm platform within 15 seconds to understand the information and carry out emergency response. At present, the development zone emergency network system has been distributed throughout the relevant functional departments of the development zone. The responsible personnel of the Development Zone Public Security Bureau and the Ministry of Culture and Education can share campus video surveillance information through the emergency network.

The staff of the management committee stated that in order for the campus security personnel to master the use of the campus security system, the Development Zone Management Committee Office specially sponsors the Development Bureau’s Bureau of Culture and Education and the Public Security Bureau to conduct centralized training for the relevant personnel of each school to help them master the system. Use methods to improve the school's emergency prevention and control capabilities.
