First, the cause of the vibration of the oil pump motor:
1) The components of the insulation materials, laminated cores, coil inlays and other components used in the motor make the structural rigidity and the thermal expansion and contraction conditions during operation more complicated;
2) the amount of imbalance in the rotor of the motor;
3) Electromagnetic force in the motor;
4) The torsional impact on the input and the grid impact on the output.
Second, the damage caused by motor vibration
1) The rotor of the motor is bent and broken;
2) The rotor magnetic pole is loose, causing the stator and the rotor to rub each other;
3) Accelerate the wear of the motor bearings, so that the normal life of the bearings is greatly shortened;
4) The end of the motor is loose, causing the end windings to rub against each other, the insulation resistance is reduced, the insulation life is shortened, and the insulation breakdown is caused in severe cases.
Third, motor noise
Electromagnetic noise and its control: Electromagnetic noise is mainly caused by the electromagnetic field generated by the electromagnetic field in the air gap causing the core yoke to vibrate and radiating noise through the motor casing.
Measures to reduce electromagnetic noise:
1) Reasonable selection of tooth and groove matching;
2) reasonable uniformity of air gap and reasonable choice of air gap value;
3) chute;
4) reduce the magnetic density;
5) Control resonance noise
Aviation-induced noise and its control: Fan and rotor rotation are the main sources of noise for aerodynamic noise, with fan noise dominated.
Measures to reduce fan noise:
1) Reasonable wind path structure design of the fan;
2) Reasonable geometry of the fan.
Research and practice prove that:
1) The axial fan and the back-tilt centrifugal fan produce less noise than the radial fan centrifugal fan;
2) Appropriately reducing the gap between the outer circle of the fan and the stator end plate, as well as the angle of the small air inlet and the angle of the air outlet, are all conducive to noise reduction;
3) Reduce the obstacles in the wind path and the slower wind path design as much as possible, which can effectively reduce the noise.
Mechanical noise and its control: mainly sliding bearing and rolling bearing noise, rolling bearing noise is the most powerful: related to the processing quality of the bearing parts, assembly process, working speed, lubrication and so on.
