Regulations for high-frequency DC high-voltage generator instrument wiring instructions
The high frequency DC high voltage generator has high precision and accurate measurement. Both the voltage and the ammeter are digitally displayed with a voltage resolution of 0.1kV and a current resolution of 1uA. The voltage meter on the control box directly displays the voltage value added to the load test product. No external voltage divider is required during use, and the wiring is simple. The instrument has high and low voltage ends to measure the leakage current, and the high voltage end is displayed with a round shielded digital meter. It is not afraid of discharge shock and has good anti-interference performance. It is suitable for field use.
Regulations for wiring instructions of DC high voltage generators:
1. The tester should be checked for its integrity before use. The connecting cable should not be broken or short-circuited, and the device should not be damaged.
2. Place the chassis and the voltage doubler in a suitable position and connect the power cord, cable and ground wire respectively. The protective ground wire and the working ground wire and the ground wire of the discharge rod should be separately connected to the test article ground wire Ground at one point). It is strictly prohibited to connect the grounding wires in series with each other. For this purpose, a dedicated ground wire for DHV should be used.
3. Put the power switch in the off position and check that the voltage regulator should be in the zero position. The over-voltage protection setting value is generally 1.1 times the test voltage.
4. No-load boost to verify whether the over-voltage protection setting is sensitive.
5. Turn on the power switch. At this time, the red light is on, indicating that the power is on.
6. Press the green button, the green light is on, indicating that the high voltage is connected.
7. Adjust the voltage regulator in a clockwise direction. The output will start to increase from zero to the required voltage. Record the ammeter reading according to the specified time, and check the control box and high-voltage output line for abnormal phenomena and sound.
8. Lower the voltage, return the voltage regulator to zero, then press the red button, cut off the high voltage and turn off the power switch.
9. Perform leakage and DC withstand voltage tests on the test products. After the inspection test confirms that the tester has no abnormalities, the leakage of the test product and the DC withstand voltage test can be started. Connect the test product, ground wire, etc., and then turn on the power after the inspection is correct.
10. Boost to the required voltage or current. The boosting speed is suitable for the test voltage of 3-5kV per second. It is necessary to monitor the charging current of the ammeter to not exceed the upper limit of the charging current of the tester when boosting a large capacitance sample. For small capacitance test samples such as zinc oxide surge arresters, magnetic blown surge arresters, etc., first rise to 95% of the required voltage (current), and then slowly and carefully rise to the required voltage (current). Then read the voltage (current) value from the digital display. If you need to measure 0.75 UDC-1mA for the zinc oxide surge arrester, first increase to UDC1mA voltage value, then press the yellow button, then the voltage will drop to 75% of the original, and maintain this state. At this time, the current can be read. After the measurement is completed, the potentiometer returns to zero counterclockwise, and the green button is pressed. Press the green button when you need to boost again.
11. After the test is completed, lower the voltage and turn off the power supply of the DC high voltage generator.
