Laminate flooring production process and cutting tool requirements

In the production process of laminate flooring, there are two processes for cutting: one is a large plate, the other is a high-grade processing. The simplest way to divide a slab is to use a table saw, but the efficiency and accuracy are low. At present, the main use of multi-saw production line: vacuum suction plate automatic feeding a longitudinal fixed-width segmentation of a transverse steering transmission of a horizontal fixed-length cut off a material delivery vacuum suction stack automatically. Nowadays, a tool configuration scheme is used as follows: pre-cutting a chamfer, a finishing, a lock, and a forming.

The surface of the laminate flooring is resistant to scratches and abrasion by means of Al2O3 uniformly distributed in the abrasion resistant paper. The hardness of Al2O3 is second only to cubic boron nitride (CBN) and diamond (PCD), which can only be processed by diamond tools. The thickness of the wear layer is about 0.15 RAM, which will cause the blade edge to wear quickly.

When designing a tool, it is necessary to consider the tool cost per unit of floor m. Therefore, tools that process wear-resistant layers, such as pre-cutting tools, chamfering tools, and finishing tools, should have multiple cutting points in addition to a reasonable angle. In addition, the strengthening of floor diamond tools should also meet the following points:

1) The precision of center hole is high, and the radial and end-to-end runout of the cutter teeth are small;

2) Low imbalance during operation;

3) The diamond layer and cemented carbide (matrix) have sufficient bonding strength and sufficient strength and toughness;

4) Has sufficient durability;

5) Adjustable combination of boring head and tongue and groove, high adjustment accuracy;

6) The tool structure is reasonable and easy to remove dust.
