Why the market price difference is so confusing

Take a walk around the building materials market, you will find that the price of the stairs is very different. What is going on here?

According to the experiences of experienced experts, there are four main points: First, look at the brand. At present, there are many large domestic companies with strong strength in the stairs, and there are many small workshops that have changed over time. The prices are relatively low. The second is to look at the product code, the domestic large-scale staircase companies will have unique codes in each product, usually indicated on the quality assurance card, and thus can enjoy free maintenance and other after-sales services. The third is to look at the difference between the materials used in the production process and the stairs used by the regular manufacturers. The fourth is to look at the paint process, hand-made small workshop products, often using low-cost paints with high formaldehyde content, plus on-site scanning paint, often cause indoor air pollution.

1 Press step:

In general, one step is one valuation unit.

Total price = stepping unit price × number of steps.

2 press set:

The entire set of quotations is calculated in units of 13 to 14 times, and special requirements can be adjusted.

3 press single:

Calculated by the number of parts, mostly high-grade solid wood stairs.
