Analysis of the problems existing in the export of pneumatic components in small-scale enterprises

Pneumatic components are important export industrial products in Fenghua, Ningbo. Data show that the city’s pneumatic components continued to maintain a high growth trend in the first quarter. The inspection and quarantine bureau of Fenghua City received a total of 723 batches of pneumatic components for inspection and export, with a value of 6.35 million U.S. dollars, an increase of 3.7% and 32.6% year-on-year respectively. However, the relevant personnel pointed out that while the export volume is growing rapidly, the quality of the exported pneumatic components needs to be further improved. According to statistics, from January to March, Fenghua City Inspection and Quarantine Bureau sampled 24 batches of pneumatic components for export, among which 5 batches were unqualified and the value of goods was 68,000 USD. The sampling failure rate was 20.8%.

The unqualified aerodynamic components detected by the inspection personnel are mainly concentrated in the aspects of product sealing performance, size, reversing performance, and identification. The performance is such as leakage of the air source treatment component or solenoid valve during operation, and the product thread size. Small, valve reversing performance is not up to standard and so on. Through analysis, it has been found that most of the substandard products are concentrated in some small-scale enterprises. Such enterprise products often have poor quality awareness, poor product quality control, and low attention to the quality of export products. They are in product processing methods, production processes, and inspection capabilities. It is difficult to adapt to the quality requirements of export products, which can easily lead to unstable product quality.

The Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of Fenghua City reminded the export enterprises of pneumatic components that they need to firmly establish the awareness of the first person responsible for product quality, establish the concept of quality is the life of the enterprise, and effectively improve the quality of the product; secondly, continuously enhance the quality of the company's quality assurance capabilities in the production equipment. , processing technology and testing capabilities for further improvement; but also to strengthen the learning and control of pneumatic product standards, the product standards into the company's product quality control standards, truly every manufactured product meets the standards.
