East Sunlight intends to upgrade its corrosion foil production equipment

According to an announcement issued by Dongguang Aluminum on August 18, its subsidiary, Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County Dongyinhua Foil Co., Ltd., upgraded its production equipment for corrosion foil to meet market development conditions. It is planned to commission Ruyuan Longwan Machinery Co., Ltd. to transform 4 of the existing corrosion production lines and purchase 10 sulfuric acid corrosion production lines from it.

Ruyuan Chemical Foil Co., Ltd. entrusted Longwan Machinery to upgrade and reconstruct four of its existing corrosion production lines. Longwan Machinery is responsible for the transformation of the production line and dispatches technical personnel to install, commission and accept the equipment to provide technical guidance and technical training.

According to the specific conditions of the original four corrosion production lines, both parties negotiated and agreed that the unit price for each transformation is 3.5 million yuan and the total price is 14 million yuan. The total price includes equipment design fee, transportation fee, installation fee, commissioning fee, all technical data, on-site service, and training fees for both places.

Ruyuan Chemical Foil needed 10 sulfuric acid corrosion production lines from Longwan Machinery for production and operation. Longwan Machinery is responsible for providing production lines and dispatching technical personnel to install, commission and accept the equipment to provide technical guidance and technical training.

According to the market price, both parties negotiated that each production line will be priced at 6.05 million yuan and the total price will be 60.5 million yuan. The total price includes the design fee, transportation fee, installation fee, commissioning fee, all technical data, on-site service and training costs of the two places.

Judging from the current development situation, sulfuric acid corrosion production process is the main development direction of future corrosion foil production. This transaction is conducive to the company's product upgrades, improve product quality and stability, and more conducive to the company's market development.
