Plate feeder installation and commissioning and precautions

Correct installation, commissioning and operation, normal maintenance are the necessary means to ensure the good use of the plate feeder and increase the service life.
1. Preparation and inspection before installation
1.1 Quality acceptance reports and material analysis reports for key components such as chains must be in compliance with the requirements on the corresponding drawings.
1.2 Check if the assembly of the chain is in accordance with the requirements.
1.3 Check whether the roller can run flexibly. The installation position and wheel body quality of each part must be consistent with the drawing requirements.
1.4 Where an assembly arrives at the site, it is required to check whether there is any corrosion, damage, etc. before installation. If any, repair, cleaning and refueling are allowed before installation can be permitted.
1.5 Carefully check and verify the position measurement work at the installation site. The basic dimensions of each device and rack must be the same as the dimensions indicated on the drawings. The problem should be solved promptly, and all components can be installed after all dimensions are correct.
2. Installation sequence and adjustment
2.1 Frames such as racks that are shipped in stages need to be installed after welding on site. The welds must be inspected for flaws and the welds must be installed in place after confirming that the welds have no effect on strength.
2.2 Tail tensioning device In most cases, it is advisable to install the tail tensioning device first and adjust the tension of the spring according to the drawing requirements so that it is in the required position.
2.3 Head device
2.4 Transmission
2.5 Operation part The operation part must be installed after the gear adjustment and initial condensation of the secondary watering. When installing the trough, you must pay attention to the direction in which it runs, and do not reverse it. When the chain plate is installed or replaced, the chain plate and caterpillar chain are bolted, and the bolt must be coated with Loctite anaerobic adhesive to prevent loosening. The tightening distance of each bolt is 750-900N.M.
Install in the above order. The tail should have enough space to facilitate the installation of the operating part.
3. Installation requirements
3.1 rack
a. The straightness of the main beam of the chassis is 1/1000; the allowable difference in length along the longitudinal direction is <±4mm;
b. The difference between the diagonal of the chassis is 1/1000, and the total length tolerance along the longitudinal direction is <6mm;
c. The deviation of the centerline of the rack from the longitudinal centerline of the body is ±2mm.
3.2 Roller, Carrier Chain Wheel
a. The parallelism of the roller center line and the horizontal plane in the rack shall not be greater than 1/1000 of the width of the chain plate.
b. The degree of parallelism between the supporting chain wheel bus and the horizontal plane shall not be greater than 1/1000 of the width of the chain plate.
3.3 head and tail device
a. The verticality of the sprocket axis to the longitudinal center line of the rack shall not be greater than 1/1000 of the span of the two bearing shafts of the sprocket
b. The parallelism between the axis of the sprocket and the horizontal plane shall not be greater than 1/1000 of the span of the two bearings of the sprocket
3.4 Operation section
a. The chain assembly takes 48 moments as a group and is connected at the scene;
b. The chain must be run in and all the links must be evenly distributed before the trough can be installed. When assembling, it is necessary to ensure that the backlash of the tank body is 4mm, and the bottom clearance is 5mm;
c. The fasteners (bolts, nuts) used for the connection between the groove plate and the chain link must be tightened with a tightening torque of 430 N·m.
d. The direction of overlap of the conveyor slot is the same as that marked by the running part (BZ1600.3);
3.5 Tail tensioning device
a. The deviation of the verticality between the centerline of the tail axis and the longitudinal centerline of the body is 1mm;
b. The horizontal deviation of the tail shaft axis is 1mm;
c. The tension stroke 350 is the limit position size. When the chain elongation is close to 350, the chain length of the pitch moment (P=216)×2 length must be removed to adjust.
d. The parallelism between the axis of the tensioning shaft and the horizontal plane shall not be greater than 1/1000 of the bearing span of the tensioning shaft.
4. Test run
4.1 Pre-drive inspection
a. There should be enough grease in all bearings, transmission parts and reducer;
b. The meshing of the head and tail wheel teeth and the chain is normal;
c. Adjust the tensioning device so that the initial tension of the chain is moderate;
d. All rollers should be flexible, if there is any slipping or clapping phenomenon in time;
e. Check all the fastening bolts, especially the anchor bolts of the frame, transmission, brake, etc., the bolts fixing the roller shaft, and the bolts fixing the traction chain, must be forced to evenly not allow loosening.
4.2 No-load operation Select the slow drive plate feeder, depending on whether it has a card or a touch, after it is normal, run it at normal speed for 2 to 4 hours. If the operation is interrupted due to a fault or adjustment, the time should be recalculated and the following checks and records should be made.
a. The speed reducer runs smoothly without any abnormal impact vibration.
b. The meshing of chain and sprocket is normal and there is no deviation phenomenon;
c. The gap between the troughs is even and there is no interference between the troughs;
d. The roller can rotate flexibly without any abnormal noise;
e. Reliable bolt connection, especially with bolts connecting the chain and the trough, must not loosen;
f. tensioning device adjustment screw rotation;
g. Lubrication at all points without leakage;
h. The bearing temperature rise does not exceed 35°C, the maximum temperature does not exceed 65°C, and the temperature rise of the reducer does not exceed 45°C.
i. Measure the mean value of the no-load operation noise (measured average of 8 points) within 5mm from the plate feeder.
j. Record voltage, current, and power values.
4.3 The load can only be gradually added after the load runs without load. It must be put into production for two days and nights before the load can run normally. When the load is operating, the following inspections and records shall be made in addition to the inspection items required for no-load operation.
a. It is suitable to run at 0.06-0.075m/s. Do not store empty items in storage bins. Intermittent operation is allowed when there is little incoming material. The feed must be uniform to avoid the bulk material flushing the tank body, avoiding deformation of the tank body and skewing of the plate feeder.
b. No leakage or scattering.
c. Record the voltage, current and power according to the specified time.
