First, the old road surface treatment

1. Dust, loose particles and debris should be removed from the old road surface, clean and dry. Raise the sharp and abrupt positions on the road surface. If the road surface is seriously damaged or broken, the broken parts should be removed and repaired with asphalt concrete. For roads with serious cracks or ruts, a leveling layer of 1 to 2 cm is required.

2. Sprinkle asphalt layer oil

When the liquid petroleum pitch is used as the sticky layer oil, the atmospheric temperature is above 5°C; when the sticky layer oil is emulsified, the atmospheric temperature is above 10°C. Do not apply a sticky layer of oil on rainy days and when the road is wet after rain. It is necessary to pay attention to selecting the type and amount of sticky oil. Practice has proved that it is best to use asphalt modified by EVA or SBS. These products have good crack resistance and thermal stability. If emulsified asphalt is used, its asphalt content must be greater than 60% to be well utilized.

Before the laying of geotextiles, sprinkle the bitumen sticky layer with a volume of about 0 to 4 to 6kg/m 2 , then spread the geotextile, and then sprinkle a layer of the same type of sticky layer oil on the geotextile. 5~0~6kg/m2. If the oil is used once, the total amount of sticky layer oil cannot be reduced. The recommended value is 1 to 0 to 1 to 3 kg/m2, and the oil temperature cannot be lower than 180°C. Once poured, geotextiles are easily impregnated and delaminated, resulting in surface peeling.

Second, the laying and tying of geotextiles

1, the geotextile is best used mechanical installation, can also be artificially laid. When laying, care should be taken to make the singe rough side up, and then fix it with a fixture at one end and pull it tightly with a mechanical or manual force. The tensile elongation is about 1 to 0% to 1 to 5% and it is straight and tight. Lay the pavement forward.

If the overlap is too wide, the sandwich layer becomes thicker, and the bond strength between the surface layer and the base layer weakens, which easily leads to adverse effects such as drumming, detachment, and displacement. Therefore, the overlapping area should be cut off.

3, geotextile should be laid as a straight line. When cornering is required, the fabric is cut at the bends, laid over and sprayed with a sticky layer of oil cement. Should avoid creases of the fabric as much as possible. If creases occur during laying (wrinkle height > 2 cm), the creases of this part should be cut, and then they should be lapped in the laying direction and transferred with a sticky layer of oil.

4. When the laying of geotextiles is completed, after the second pass of bituminous oil is sprayed and cooled for about 2 hours, appropriate amounts of fine yellow sand shall be thrown in time to prevent vehicles from passing through the geotextiles due to sticking oil on the wheels or Destruction, fine sand consumption of about 1 ~ 2kg/m2.

Third, Lekken surface construction

1. The construction method of asphalt surface layer is the same as the construction method of ordinary asphalt pavement surface layer. 2, road compaction processing

The degree of road compaction is very important for the quality of the road surface. Insufficient compaction of the road surface will cause cracking, looseness, rutting and other phenomena, which will seriously affect the service life of the road surface.

Fourth, construction precautions

1. Avoid turning or braking the vehicle on the geotextile as much as possible, especially when paving the asphalt surface. Any sharp turning or car-skidding may bring the staff cloth up or destroy.

2. Construction under wet, rainy or cold weather conditions will affect the bond strength and finish of the coating.

3. The traffic must be closed during the paving. Except for construction vehicles, other vehicles are allowed to pass through geotextiles only in emergency situations.

4. If paver slippage occurs during paving asphalt mixture, a small amount of stone shavings can be sprinkled on the surface of sticky oil.
